Hi, I'm Viki — a qualified Nutrition Coach, Culinary Medicine Coach, Menopause Coach, and Mental Health First Aider based in Sheffield. After years in the corporate world, I made it my mission to help families and individuals rebuild their relationship with food in a meaningful, lasting way.
My workshops are rooted in culinary medicine: the science of using real, whole food to support your health. But more than anything, they're about making cooking feel achievable, fun, and deeply rewarding — whatever your starting point.

Not at all! Our classes welcome all skill levels, from complete beginners to confident home cooks. Viki adapts each session to ensure everyone gets the most from it.
We keep groups deliberately small — typically between 4 and 8 participants — so everyone receives individual attention and guidance throughout the session.
Yes. Please let us know your dietary needs when booking and we'll adapt menus accordingly. We regularly cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free participants.
Classes are held in Sheffield and across South Yorkshire. We can also travel for corporate team-building events and school workshops — get in touch to discuss your requirements.
